About Veterans Real Properties

I’m James Kassler, a retired U.S. Army veteran, Utah licensed real estate agent, mortgage loan originator, and real estate investor. I created Veterans Real Properties to share the practical knowledge I’ve gained from buying, financing, improving, and managing property.

My real estate experience includes residential rentals in Utah and South Carolina and commercial property in South Carolina. As a property owner, I’ve worked through the decisions that come with financing, renovations, rental operations, and evaluating a sale. I bring that firsthand perspective to conversations with people exploring their own real estate goals.

I earned my Utah real estate license in 2024 and am affiliated with Equity Real Estate Select for real estate referral services. I am separately sponsored by People’s Mortgage Company for mortgage loan origination. Each service is provided through its respective licensed company, and I do not act as both the real estate agent and mortgage loan originator in the same transaction.
